Domestic Shipping Policy
Pro Distributor LLC (herein referred as site) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Site is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Clearance items, shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME ORDER BEFORE 1PM ET*
* Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 1:00 EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 1:00 EST then add one additional day.
* We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
* We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on clearance merchandise because clearance merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship.
* Item must be in stock. Pre-order items will ship on or about their expected ship date.
WHERE WE SHIP UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES) & International.
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. However, if we need to contact you about the order there can be a several day delay to process. We ship all orders in the continental US via most shipping carriers. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the FedEx tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
There are three easy ways to track your order:
Click on the Order Tracking link in the footer of each page. You will need your order number, billing last name and billing zip code. Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the FedEx tracking number.
DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain return authorization emailing or calling or by signing in to your account and going to 'My Orders' and clicking on the order number, then click 'Return Request' next to the item you wish to send back. Check the box next to the item and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next you will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your account. Usual turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.
We do not offer in store returns. Online purchases cannot be returned to Superga stores.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.
Pro Distributor LLC guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing or calling.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
